Great product
What do you like best? Very user friendly - has all of the right tools for your automation needs. What do you dislike? I wish there were more options for showing and not showing content in emails. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We have been able to personalize content to our users which gives them what their want to read directly to their inbox and increases our open/click rates, along with our list sizes.

There are some limitations in reviewing mailing lists that can be improved, but not a deterrent from using. What do you like best? Personalization, segmentation, testing. What do you dislike? Interface even though it has improved significantly in the last year. Reporting is not flexible. It's hard to simply filter out a specific campaign openers.
