Too much functionality comes as extras or ugrades What problems is Sage Intacct solving and how is that benefiting you? Able to assign project to every AP invoice allowing much in depth reporting

What do you like best about Sage Intacct? A platform that is both organized and easy to use. The system has clear cut categories to navigate through, and can be manipulated to your needs. What do you dislike about Sage Intacct? Manipulating the system can be tricky at times, but overall isn't burdensome. What problems is Sage Intacct solving and how is that benefiting you? Automation; Higher efficency.

"Great experience and integration with ServiceTitan"

What do you like best about Sage Intacct? The integration with ServiceTitan is great and has helped us automate our journal entry process and saved us loads and loads of time. The reconciliation process and its checks and balances has been helpful as well. What do you dislike about Sage Intacct? What do you like best about Sage Intacct? Sage is very user friendly. The dimension offer better insight into reporting. It is easy to naviagte between sections. Secured transaction. What do you dislike about Sage Intacct? It is not necessarily easy to drill down on transactions through the GL. You also, cannot filter on columns in the GL or customize reports on all fields. Fields in certain sections such as Bills do not appear on the gL reports. Have to combine reports from deifferent ...

What do you like best about Sage Intacct? I appreciate the detailed, cutomized reporting that I am able to get. What do you dislike about Sage Intacct? The time it takes for some reports to run. What problems is Sage Intacct solving and how is that benefiting you? My previous software didn't show the balance sheet by month which I really love.

I really like how customizable and buildable the system is; we have been able to add all different types of coding (classes, customers, departments, customizable fields) to create different reports that fill different needs for our business. Least helpful would be the vague emails sent when something fails. But easy to fix. What problems is Sage Intacct solving and how is that benefiting you?
