What do you like best about Sage Intacct? The dimensions are a great feature that helps us report in detail that was not capable with other softwares. It is also quite easy to set up recurring entries, invoices, etc. What do you dislike about Sage Intacct? The implementation team was terrible. They are essentially no help so you have to do everything yourself with very little guidance. Also, the community has a lot of great ideas that are never implemented. What do you like best about Sage Intacct? The complexity of the system, the atomatization of various processes and the reports. What do you dislike about Sage Intacct? I would not say there is a downside. The only problem is that it takes time to learn to use all the benefits of it, What problems is Sage Intacct solving and how is that benefiting you? It is providing accounting solutions to our clients and that is what we work for. Clients are happy with the product.

What do you like best about Sage Intacct? As someone who has used Sage for many years across multiple iterations of the software, it is nice to see it usable in an online portal format. Makes it easier, because you sign in and go rather than having to download software and updates. What do you dislike about Sage Intacct? As much as the online portal is great, it does lose some of that deeper functionality that you get with the regular software however it isn't the biggest issue. What ...

Have few Limitations on syncing. where we have some issues to sync to the data to oteher applications such as BILL once the invoice is paid. They fixed the issue for working remotely and created a cloud based program.
