"Great financial cloud application, but customizing is a bit challenging"

What do you like best about Sage Intacct? I love the Intacct mission, their drive that pushes them to change the finance area of business. What do you like best about Sage Intacct? Intacct is user friendly. I started working in the system only 3 months ago but feel it is one of the easier ERP systems I have used. What do you dislike about Sage Intacct? The smart rules and smart events are extremely hard to work with. They are not intuitive and not easy to format.
