What do you like best about Sage Intacct? I love the customization of the invoices in order entry. What do you dislike about Sage Intacct? The functionality of the Credit Card transactions and payment of the bills. Recommendations to others considering Sage Intacct: Just do it! It will be worth it! Get a reallllllly good consultant though. What problems is Sage Intacct solving and how is that benefiting you? Multi Entity efficiency. It is wonderful and a huge time saver.

Alot of the add-ons offered appear very useful but are too expensive for smaller companies. What problems is Sage Intacct solving and how is that benefiting you? Decreasing time used for month end. Benefits are the capabilities and the learning resources.

What do you like best about Sage Intacct? We are able to look at information in real time and determine the best way to use the information in order to build reports. What do you dislike about Sage Intacct? I would want to see open periods in a report. The report writer could be more intuitive. What problems is Sage Intacct solving and how is that benefiting you? We are able to look into our labor costs and see exactly what is happening by using statistical accounts and comparisons.

Report writer is strong and provides many ways to create financial and other operational reports. What do you dislike about Sage Intacct? What do you like best about Sage Intacct? I love the ability to attach supporting documentation to every transaction. At audit time I don't spend any time looking for paper. What do you dislike about Sage Intacct? It is frustrating that most actions are executed by hovering over a pop-up menu. This makes it especially challenging to create step-by-step instructions for training. I hate that pop-up dialogue boxes open too small and must be navigated using the slider bars.
