There are some limitations on things such as tax for customers with multiple locations. Intacct only recognizes one address per customer. Some non-standard modules such as fixed assets require separate installation and is not very intuitive or user friendly. What problems is Sage Intacct solving and how is that benefiting you? Flexible and strong financial reporting, cloud platform is a plus.

"Generally good, but some bugs"

What do you like best about Sage Intacct? The best part of Intacct for our purposes is that it is cloud based. We have employees all over the world, and we couldn't possibly use it otherwise. The interface is generally good, though it can be confusing (the old UI was easier to use and teach others). It is nice that we can attach instruction documents in specific modules though. What do you like best about Sage Intacct? I like how easy it is to use as well as being able to customize reports What do you dislike about Sage Intacct? The way to create accounts and then get it into purchasing is a little hard to understand. What problems is Sage Intacct solving and how is that benefiting you? It is very easy to send out statements to our customers and have saved us considerable time from having to do it manually.

What do you like best about Sage Intacct? The Purchasing system makes it easier with spend management for users to see the impact of their spending. AR is able to be fully incorporated into the financials without using outside system. What do you dislike about Sage Intacct? That i cannot import invoices as paid into AR system.
