"Two major issues with bad customer service"

What do you like best about Sage Intacct? Sage Intaccts arrangement and GUI are good. Sage has data templates to assist with mass data input, which are helpful. I wish there were templates for every data type, but you can make that happen by exploring their API database and inputting the fields you need into their templates. What do you like best about Sage Intacct? Sage is easy to navigate, simple, and is accessible to go back and review payments you made in the past. I have used it for multiple PRs, monthly charges and one-offs payments when applicable. What's really nice is that they also have a YTD feature to look at previous PRs in the system.
