That I have to go to a different area to view invoices with ALL details for the customer. What problems is Sage Intacct solving and how is that benefiting you? Viewing AR ledgers helps me and members receive clarity on payment posting dates and amounts.

I had a very hard time learning this software and that feature made it easier for my supervisor/approver to ask questions/make edits and I received updates to my email real-time.
