"Just what we needed"

What do you like best about Sage Intacct? What I find most helpful, among other things, is the level of flexibility with reporting. What do you like best about Sage Intacct? Sage Intacct gives me the ability to correct an entry without having to create a new entry. Intacct is very user-friendly. "My remarkable experience with Sage Intacct."

What do you like best about Sage Intacct? We use Sage Intacct across the whole company and it is used for accounting and financial management. The cash management module is very easy to use and works pretty well and makes bank reconciliation easy. AP and AR modules are also very simple and easy to use and the manage view feature is very handy to help sort by specific things to make finding entries very easy. "Such a powerful tool"

What do you like best about Sage Intacct? I think Dimensions is arguably the greatest feature of Intacct as it allows you to have multi-faceted reporting yet not blow up your chart of accounts. What do you dislike about Sage Intacct? Sometimes the report writing can be a bit overwhelming. What problems is Sage Intacct solving and how is that benefiting you? It allows a much more compact chart of accounts while still giving detailed reports through dimensions.

What do you like best about Sage Intacct? I like the ability to drill down from one report to the source material continually. What do you dislike about Sage Intacct? When altering accounts, location or other dimensions, the steps to get the new dimensions to flow into custom reports is tedious and complicated What problems is Sage Intacct solving and how is that benefiting you? "Good Software"

What do you like best about Sage Intacct? There are multiple ways to customize objects and automate processes within intacct. What do you dislike about Sage Intacct? The lack of functionality with contract billing has made it hard on clients. What problems is Sage Intacct solving and how is that benefiting you? The ease of creating custom printed document templates has been a great tool to personalize templates to a client's company.

"Easy to pick up"

What do you like best about Sage Intacct? I like that it is relatively easy to pickup, especially if you have prior ERP experience. Also that there are help articles available for the specific page that you are working. What do you dislike about Sage Intacct? I wish there were more full, in-depth guides to each module. What problems is Sage Intacct solving and how is that benefiting you? Business Record storage. This help tremedously when it comes time for our audit or reconciling old items.

"Software is just ok."

What do you like best about Sage Intacct? The sage support team has been very helpful and responsive to our needs. What do you dislike about Sage Intacct? Doing a single task takes multiple steps in a highly time-consuming fashion. It is not a very streamlined experience. What problems is Sage Intacct solving and how is that benefiting you? None
