What do you like best about Sage CRM? I like that you have all in one- customer service notes, accounting features. What do you dislike about Sage CRM? After using Salesforce and trying Sage CRM its more of a preference as oppossed to a dislike. What problems is Sage CRM solving and how is that benefiting you? Lead Generation- building contacts.

What do you like best about Sage CRM? Low cost and easy to navigate user interface. What do you dislike about Sage CRM? Not enough functionality out of the box and lack of social media tools. Recommendations to others considering Sage CRM: Make sure it had all necessary functionality What problems is Sage CRM solving and how is that benefiting you? Easier to track opportunities and interactions including managing more deals at once and quicker cycles.

"User Friendly"

What do you like best about Sage CRM? Sage works very well and is quite user friendly. Did not take long to learn how to use and gets the job done well. What do you dislike about Sage CRM? The version we use has some quirks but I believe its just because its a little older. Steps you have to take to post that seem unnecessary. What problems is Sage CRM solving and how is that benefiting you? Entering jobs, timecards, and billing information.

"Very flexible but not easy enough for sales reps."

What do you like best about Sage CRM? The system has almost unlimited options for fields and reporting. So if you want to customize they system for your specific industry or product line, it is quite capable. What do you dislike about Sage CRM? There are so many options and similar fields, the Sales Reps get confused and put information into the wrong fields.
