Because it is on a hosted server the communication back and forth can be slow at times. It saves time
PROS: Everything from customization to when you use the product for your customer and sales needs was easy. The user experience was top notch as we could customize even the minor workflows to make our work effortless. The training bid was easy for our staff as you do not have to be a pro to get up to speed in no time. The Sage CRM was what we truly needed to improve customer relations. What do you like best about Sage CRM? Sage is easy to use and "canned" reports are useful right from the start. What do you dislike about Sage CRM? Sometimes get "lost" in windows to find something so that if you had to find your way back to a particular spot in the future, it was impossible. Like drilling down to a transaction level. What do you like best about Sage CRM? Case management is really easy, everything shows up on home screen What do you dislike about Sage CRM? "I could not live without it"
What do you like best about Sage CRM? It is customized to our business/sales process. What do you dislike about Sage CRM? Sage CRM does not have a large app or extensions commuity What problems is Sage CRM solving and how is that benefiting you? Helps us monitor corporate sales targets and individual sales people targets. Allows sales team easy access to accounting information to ensure credit policies are observed. Integrates to website for lead transition and initiation.

What do you like best about Sage CRM? I like that you have all in one- customer service notes, accounting features. What do you dislike about Sage CRM? What do you like best about Sage CRM? Sage CRM is very easy to customize. One administrator can set up and manage the application quite easily. What do you dislike about Sage CRM? It isn't intuitive in most cases. one example is that you can have a company with multiple addresses and people with an address. the company is only searchable by the default address and the peoples addresses are not connected to the business either.
