What do you like best about Sage CRM? It's nice to see a wide range of customers at a glance. What do you dislike about Sage CRM? I'd like to see more specific fields to our business that we can continually add to. What problems is Sage CRM solving and how is that benefiting you? It's just solving our need for names and addresses of people.

"It works"
What do you like best about Sage CRM? Sage is a great way to keep up with your daily sales needs. What do you dislike about Sage CRM? To be honest I don't feel like the software is super user friendly. I often get hung up when inputting data. What problems is Sage CRM solving and how is that benefiting you? It was trying to help us establish a sales goal but it was more confusing and our company is very old school. It was too hard to get everyone on board so we stopped using it.

What do you like best about Sage CRM? Sage does a great job of having all of our part numbers, sales orders, and overall history in one place. It's important that my company is able to see previous invoices very quickly, especially when dealing with meticulous sales orders from government industries. It's easy to modify issues at hand, because everyone makes mistakes while entering orders, and it's very easy to find the paper trail of previous orders even when they go back a decade. What do ...

What do you like best about Sage CRM? The user interface of Sage CRM is relatively straightforward and has very distinct sections that allow us to identify various sales and background information easily. A like being able to connect with many users and be able to update the status of various tasks in real time. "Horrible. Simply horrible."
What do you like best about Sage CRM? I can honestly say there is nothing great about this product. May be the version we are on, but I would never recommend it to anyone. What do you dislike about Sage CRM? Reporting is clunky, it's not user-friendly, mobile app is non-existent. Promised features we never got during upgrades. What problems is Sage CRM solving and how is that benefiting you? We used as CRM for the 5 years I was here. We've now moved to SalesForce.

"Easy and Intuitive"
What do you like best about Sage CRM? What I like best about Sage CRM is that it is so highly customizable, so we can add and change fields and layouts to fit our company's business model. What do you like best about Sage CRM? I have recently begin using this CRM system and was able to get off the ground prior to having any training, such is the ease of use of the system - the console is well laid out and it's simple to navigate to the required areas of the platform, and back again.
