What do you like best about Sage CRM? Very easy to customize. A business user with limited technical background can do a great deal of customization before a programmer needs to step in. With the help of a programmer, customization possibilities are virtually limitless. What do you dislike about Sage CRM? Some features don't work on Mac, most notably Mail Merge with Word. What do you like best about Sage CRM? Ease of use, overall functionality, workflow options that are built in, strong marketing capabilties, great reports. I like that fact that it can be used as a hosted application and also a on-premise solution. What do you dislike about Sage CRM? needs more social media connections to the core product. "No longer at job that used Sage CRM"
What do you like best about Sage CRM? Find function was fast. Summary screen showed most of what I needed to see in one convenient screen. I honestly don't have a lot of positive comments to say here, Sage CRM wasn't my program of choice. What do you dislike about Sage CRM? Reports were so hard to navigate. Pulling up a list and then the export to excel feature didn't work properly. No way to set up an opportunity pipeline with automated emails and tasks for repeated ...

"Sage CRM review"
What do you like best about Sage CRM? Mobile use is very easy. The interface is intuitive and requires a short learning curve What do you dislike about Sage CRM? No Blackberry Z10 app. I have not found a decent Google map add on that works in the UK. Technical support and upgrades are expensive, Recommendations to others considering Sage CRM: Look for a package that encompasses CRM, order processing and inventory control, ensure full training is rolled out well in advance.

Unlike Microsoft Dynamics CRM, users are kept on the same tab/screen throughout. Some may say that this means they cannot flick between records, but personally I prefer this. "Still a long way to go"
What do you like best about Sage CRM? I used SalesLogix years back and this software is light years ahead of the on-premise version. It runs fairly smooth and covers most of the basics that a CRM suite should offer. What do you dislike about Sage CRM? It still have a long way to go with the UI.
