Excellent Service
I originally used Sage Payroll over 15 years ago and I now use Sage Accounting. Their technical experts are patient and knowledgeable and have helped me out on numerous occasions, talking me through step by step.

I am first to praise good service and also first to give constructive critisism. My honest experience in dealing with Sage's help chatline is 100% satisfaction. I'm new to Sage all be it "Sage Start" as we are a small family business. I've run in to a couple of minor problems since joining Sage, must admit my own making. Bespoke Sage Report Request
Needed a Sage report amending to include an extra field in the search criteria. Spoke with Gordon Bell towards the close of business and my bespoke report was created by 10am next morning! Gordon called back as agreed and talked me through accessing the report. Excellent customer service and speed in resolving my issue. Saved me loads of time! Thank you.
