Excellent support for a Sage 200 Migration project

Gordon provided me with excellent technical support whilst migrating a site from Sage 50 to Sage 200. I was having an issue I hadn't experienced before, and there was an issue that Gordon located in their database that was related to the issue I was experiencing, which in conjunction with other advise and support from Gordon I was then able to complete the migration successfully. The Case was logged as a high priority case and I was contacted each day from Gordon until the Case was closed.

SAGE Excellent Customer Serves

I've found whenever I needed help from Sage for both their Accounts or Payroll systems, every time I speak to someone I receive an excellent service. Everyone is extremely helpful, patient and knowledgeable and I always get a solution to the issues I raise. I genuinely feel that Sage's helpline is probably the best I've encountered.
