Sage reman a good trustworthy and helpful company, now also becoming much more forward thinking with some great product developments and features. Always helpful when and if problems arise although thankfully such problems are few and far between

Sage support is either excellent or basic!
I find with Sage support, there are some staff who will go the extra mile to help you and some who will give you an information link and leave you to get on with it! As a technophobe, I always keep my fingers crossed for the aforementioned! Thankfully today, Amy V. came to my rescue and she was absolutely brilliant. Amy was understanding, patient, supportive and resolved my issues within minutes. Very impressive, the 5 stars I have given today, are purely for Amy V.

Greatest cloud-service ERP
Second company I'm using Intacct and each day I discover more possibilities. Greatest cloud-serviced ERP hands down. Only 'if' is that it would be great to have an app that could allow me to approve certain JEs.
