What made my experience great?..... Michael did! He was friendly, helpful and extremely knowledgeable. I have been on previous calls to SAGE in the past for up to an hour and still not had my issue resolved. Michael not only found a solution, he also went the extra mile to assist with other problems I'd been experiencing within our document design

Polite, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable customer service
Michael was polite and friendly and confirmed what I had thought would be the case regarding pay elements on Pg2 of a payslip in Sage 50 payroll. Michael did also offer an alternative option of putting forward a non-standard formatting request and this is something to think about should the need arise. It is always good to know there are possible options available.
