I use sage intaact daily for work
I use sage intaact daily for work. It makes entering and recording invoices very easy. I also find it good for pulling up records. Running reports is simple and fast as there are many ways to filter exactly what you want to see.

SAGE X3 & 200 both great packages and easy to use. Documentation could be a little better for new users Looking forward to hear about new features / enhancement particularly in the the Finance module

Accessing Backups
We were trying to access some historical backups and the recommended version wasn't working. So, we contact the tech helpline and spoke to an extremely helpful lady called Sarah Mullin. She guided me to the right download and sorted some login details to try. She also gave me support , via email, over the next week, trying out different versions to access all of the data. Absolutely brilliant, thanks Sarah and Sage

Chris Hall provided excellent support in this instance. He called me directly and gave me a thorough explanation of why the issue would occur and potential solutions. Appreciate the detailed response and I am sure the customer does as well.

Not all are Helpful Agents
We had been having high error issues in our data for several weeks - despite restoring back to error free back ups and re-entering our data - a few hours of entering work errors would reoccur - bearing in mind we are long term experienced users of Sage 50 Accounts and pay quite a high monthly subscription and we did try to manage the situation and follow the normal steps independently - we spoke to several agents and explained in detail the issues but had no luck - they either directed us ...

Sage corporation tax
I had to call about a problem with my sage corporation tax and I had a lovely lady called Naomi help me as I am partially sighted , 61 years old and don’t understand if my computer won’t do what it should. This wasn’t even a sage problem and she was wonderful… clearly brought up to help others. The support at sage is second to none but this lady was even beyond that. Not only that she sent some biscuits to wish me a speedy recovery… don’t think you would get that with anyone else.
