Sage overloaded reply to negative review
Constantly getting messages to say the programme is overloaded and they’re working on it. Been a user of Sage for 30 years and normally happy. Today I decided I’d had enough so rang Sage. Was told they are aware of the problem and asked if I’d rang before. When I said I hadn’t I got the response “it’s mind boggling why you haven’t rang before”. Swift and thorough resolution to migration issue
I work for a business partner and was test migrating a Sage 50 site to Sage 200 2024R1, yet the migration was falling over with no messages. All pre-migration checks had been done with no issues. Gordon recognized the urgency as I was training the following week and took the Sage 50 data to check for issues. He found them and ran a test migration himself after testing the solution. Helpful Technician - great service.
Gordon answered the phone promptly and in a friendly manner. He took me through security and established the reason for my call. He then talked me through steps to amend the settings in a user-friendly way and solved my issue. A really good professional Technician - thank you.
