Chis Hall - Went over and above to aid me resolve an unusual problem which I experienced for the first time today. My explanation/understanding of the issue looking back wasn't that clear and he took the time to consider the possible issue based on unclear symptoms and responded with a fix in double quick time. Thoughtful and considered response.
