2FA on Sage 200
Encountered a hiccup with 2FA on Sage 200, but thanks to Support agent Gordon Bell, the problem was swiftly resolved. Despite being proficient with Sage, I lacked the necessary permissions to fix the issue. Gordon efficiently guided me through the process and ensured my concern was addressed before concluding the call. A perfect 10/10 rating from me. Much appreciation!

Today I spoke for over an hour with…
Today I spoke for over an hour with Jonathan Butler at Sage regarding a problem I had whereby my Sage data and archives had been deleted in error. He was excellent, helpful and patient in every respect and handled my case very professionally and competently and restored all my data to my total and very grateful satisfaction. In my opinion he is without exaggeration the best advisor I have ever had dealings with at Sage and he deserves full marks for his help.
