Brightpearl is Fantastic!
I have been using Brightpearl for quite a number of years now. The system is easy to use. We find it easy to track our inventory levels, get detailed financial reports. It's very reliable. Any queries, the support team act really efficiently and reply straight away! I wouldn't want to use anything else.

Jeff Potts was absolutley brilliant
Jeff Potts was absolutley brilliant, he helped and stayed with me all the way through the process to fix the problem and did exactly what he said he would do. When he left the call do answer other calls he was still there in the back gorund, my errors are now fixed and these guy is amazing. Thank you

Great support
I have been using Sage for over 30 years and still need to contact the support team occasionally. They are very patient and always happy to go at the pace that I need. I find the software easy to use and only need help when it is something I do may be once a year.

Using Sage over many, many years.
I've been using Sage since the early 1990's and at the time it was the dos based program named Bedford. I stayed with it through Accpac and now Sage. The program has had many improvements since Sage has taken over and I still love it today. I've tried several other accounting programs over the years and to this one, I will always come back. It is not only easy to use but it has a community of help at your finger tips, if you need it.
