SAGE means Customer Support
SAGE are unusual these days as they have a manned service desk where you can quickly get friendly support from people like Gordon Bell. If you are like me, you want to get a quick solution to a problem from someone who you can personally tell what your problem is. That is my experience over the last two years with SAGE 200.

Having used Sage for 20+ years I wouldn't look at moving. Sage improves with each and every update making it even more streamlined each time.

Inventory Planner - thumbs up
We have been using Inventory Planner for a few years now, and it's a great tool. Makes forecasting a lot easier- takes us a fraction of the time it used to (from days of Excel days to hours) and it's reliable. Also- their support is awesome. We have had the pleasure of working closely with Jansen (shout out!) and he has been a tremendous asset. Always responsive, always helpful. He is a big reason for why we love Inventory Planner!

Gordon Bell (2) was extremely helpful, got back to me really quick after my initial raising of a case, called me when it was suggested fast, was friendly and pointed me in the direction in the right direction (even informing me of changes HMRC made to tax and discounts).
