Sage Payroll.
Sage Payroll is still quite new to me, so obviously i have had quite a few problems along the way but the guys who run the online chat have been AMAZING and so supportive. 9 times out of 10 they always resolve my problem and the service is very quick and easy to use. I have just had a minor problem i couldn't figure out so went straight to the online Chat and within 5 minutes, Carl has sorted it out for me and i am able to run the reports i need. As a small accountancy practise we rely on technical software to keep clients records and prepare accounts and tax returns. We have used Sage software for many years and have never been let down. The products just keep getting better and better.

I had an issue with a tax module on Sage software. I telephoned Sage software support and spoke to Sam Hall. She was very helpful indeed. She resolved my issues in a very friendly and professional manner. It was easy to understand her and follow her instructions. She answered my questions with clarity and assisted me with all the technical things.
