What do you like best? Feature rich, ease of use & functional.. What do you dislike? The new chat bot is not a good idea..... What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Remote accounting with clients is a breeze

Invaluable support.

I started using sage about 2 years ago but just doing basic payroll, I recently started training to do bookkeeping and, in a nutshell, without the support from sage but mainly my sage manager (Chris Barrow)I don't think I'd have continued as the support you need is more than you realise especially if there is a business at stake. The support was there at every level - 24 hours.I would never move software, to me they're the best.A 2nd name drop for Chris Barrow,he's just worth his weight in gold.
