Recovering Sage to Laptop

SAGE issues when upgrading
I had issues with SAGE Drive after upgrading my software to SAGE Accounts 50 version 27.0. I also had issues with my invoices not reading Outlook when sending. I wasn't sure if it was a Designer Template fault. After twice uninstalling both Microsoft 365 and SAGE as requested, and re-installing I found that I still could not connect to SAGE Drive. My second call was very ably handled by Andrew Miller who showed much patience and diligence as he quickly solved my problem. This is not the ...

Payroll/redundancy query solved
I had a payroll/redundancy query and, via the online webchat function, the Sage team answered my query and gave me the link to the online help article which included the step by step instructions. They even stayed on the chat until I had successfully did what I needed to do.
