Sage IT support is the best you can get.

Sage is not as user friendly as some accountancy software, and from a charity perspective, even less so. However, the back up and personal service is second to none. The level of expertise the engineers have is simply amazing and when you are in a panic they are calm and reassuring. It is very rare indeed that these technicians don't manage to solve an issue you may have...as rare as hens teeth I would say.
