I needed advice on the small business employment allowance.The assistant was helpful in directing me through the correct stages to make the claim. I didn't have to wait any time at all for my call to be answered - this hasn't always been the case in the past - however, I was grateful for the assistance given to proceed correctly.

James Telford went above and beyond in…

James Telford went above and beyond in helping me and i cannot thank him enough. I doubt this type of service could ever be bettered! I had the messiest situation of invoices with incorrect credit notes and incorrect payments made etc which made no sense to me and i thought id never ever solve it - but James sat with me and helped me through the whole process. 2.5 hours later and he was still patient and as helpful as can be. Than you so much, you're an absolute star!

I've generally had a very good experience with the Sage support team, but Francesca was one of my best experiences to date when I was highly stressed about different users having different data . She remained calm and assured whilst I tried coordinating multiple conversations with staff across different phones to try resolve our issue and everything was fixed quickly. Very helpful software support adviser.

i contacted sage initially with an issue i was having with my ebanking on sage payroll. My advisor was Evan Swinbank, he was extremely helpful and helped me resolve it quickly. Because he was so helpful, i asked him about a second issue I've had for a long time (i have spoken to sage regarding this before) and never got resolved with my nominal link. Again Evan, resolved this for me. He was knowledgeable and simplified the problem. Thank you Evan!
