Very efficient Support/Service

Great customer service and assistance

Great support with initial implementation and training in all aspects. After implementation continuous simplified customer service avenues absolutely great. Overall use of Sage is great with so many features to make life for a payroll administrator so much better - from leave, ETIs, month end reports and tracking/keeping database on all employees.

Love the simplicity of Sage Line 50

Love the simplicity of Sage Line 50 - transactions are only posted once and the double -entry is taken care of automatically. Customer Service/Technical Support are on the ball and very knowledgeable. Would highly recommend!

Christopher Hall really pulled the stops out

Christopher Hall investigated the issue and provided both a extremely comprehensive explanation as well as work arounds. He actually read the detail of the issue, which was obvious from the fact he detailed some alternative settings but expressed his belief that the customer would not wish to make those changes as we had indicated in our initial issue. He taught a Girl to fish! Andrew not only solved my corrupt csv file issue but he also explained how he did it so I could do it myself if I had the issue again!
