Data corruption issue
I've had 3 calls to resolve a bizarre data corruption issue. Both Danielle and Gilly were cheerful, professional and helpful and we went through standard protocols but Holly excelled herself today and found a way to resolve the problem without having to restore. I found her positive attitude and determination to resolve the issue refreshing - well done!

Great support staff and product
I have found the support staff (Russell Henderson amongst others) very friendly and helpful. They have always been able to answer any questions I have asked. Sage is very easy and straightforward to use. Would definitely recommend it.

A éviter, arnaque" assistance = escroquerie"...vol à l'arraché
Une mise à jour logiciel....logiciel planté, et l'assistance qui vous demande """150 euros""" pour réinitialiser un mot de passe.Je tiens à souligner que je développe et que je connais l'informatique avec quelques qualifications. Votre service technique est zéro et fait preuve de techniques d'escroquerie.
