Sage problems
Had major complications with my PC today which disabled Sage, Spoke to Jeff Potts who had the expertise to not only see what the problem was but take his time to fix it, getting me re-installed without any data loss whatsoever. An overall excellent employee who knows his stuff and goes out of his way to see you working again. Brilliant service, Thankyou.

I spoke to Albie Sowter
I spoke to Albie Sowter, he was so cheerful and friendly. I have just started using Sage Cloud and the date was American but I could not find how to change it, Albie changed it immediately, he was so helpful.
