My call was answered within a minute
My call was answered within a minute. I had a Sage Accounts query and was put through to a support person called Dan Forbes. He was very helpful and explained things well. He also remotely accessed my system to show me how to sort out my problem.

E-Banking in Sage 50 Payroll
I spoke to Steph Thompson today from the Technical Team, she was very knowledgeable and understood the issue I was having with the E-Banking facility within Sage 50 Payroll. The TXT document is currently not compatible with the Sage Portal for upload. Steph assured me she would be in touch with the outcome, so I feel reassured that my issue has been understood. Thank you Steph :-)

I depend on Sage
I depend on Sage telephone support staff and they are my most useful contact with the Company. I had a problem using a particular section of their software. My call was answered promptly. Their employee understood my problem. She was polite, not patronising, friendly and showed me how to solve it. I have been using Sage software for some 30 years. and will continue to do so.

Sarah was very helpful
Although the help line wasn't open at 8.30 as advertised on the answerphone, when I did get through to Sarah she was very helpful and sorted out my issue, keeping me informed to what she was doing along the way.
