Gordon offered exceptional service. Efficient to act on my urgent query, accommodating to my schedule and was able to offer a solution in no time a tall. Sage understands the difference between Bookkeepers and Accountants.
I have been a Sage user for over 25 years. It is my go to product. A user of Sage 50c, Sage 50 Payroll and Accounting. In my Bookkeeping and Payroll Practice. Sage support with my daily use of the products with help pages and videos. The phone support line is excellent with the bonus of being able to meet people that you talk to on the many in person events that Sage run as well as the accounting shows. I phoned with a number of questions about 2 different Sage products. Gordon Bell was very knowledgeable, made me feel confident in his answers & gave me solutions for all the issues I had. I am a new user of Sage, so finding some challenges as I work through the set up, but was very happy with the detailed information that I was given to resolve my questions
