Problem with the sage programme
Thankfully I got Jade Steven’s help she was so patient and after 2 hours with Jade the problem was resolved . It stemmed from 4 transactions having the same transaction number. Probably a glitch in the system Jade could not log into my Sage another glitch. She was so patient and clear in her instructions to me so thatI could do it and relate what was on screen to her, eventually we had to restore a backup from June the July ones wouldn’t restore obviously losing all data going forward from ...

I have just had to rescue a company's…
I have just had to rescue a company's accounts after 18 months of non compliance and spreadsheets. Sage made this transition so much easier, I have worked with many accounts packages but Sage is the one I always go back to. The helpline is so efficient with nothing to much trouble for them.
