Payroll Migration with Mark Lowden
Mark helped me today with my Sage Payroll migration, he was extremely clear with his instructions and made what seemed a daunting task very straight forward. He has left me feeling quite confident with my understanding of how to run the payroll going forward and should I have any queries I have been given contact details for 24/7 support. Post migration telephone…
Had a post migration telephone conversation with Carl Lattimer who was brilliant and really helpful. He answered all my queries apart from 2 which he looked onto and came back to me. He explained things really carefully and really helped me to get on and use the software.

Web Chat victory!
I had to contact Sage via Web Chat as I was struggling to change some account settings and nominal codes during the process of migrating from an old version of Sage Accounts. The advisor was friendly and helpful. She didn't just offer advice but actually logged into my account to recreate the issue so that she could talk me through it step-by-step. My issue was resolved within 10 minutes and I couldn't be happier as I expect it would have taken me days to figure out on my own.
