Exceptional Support from the Gecko Squad
We've been using Sage Accounting since 2011. Over the years, many additional features have been added. Whenever we encounter integration or teething issues with the new features, Alan Rodmell from Engineering (Gecko Squad) has consistently provided exceptional assistance in finding solutions. We greatly appreciate Alan's prompt responses to our requests for help, which we now internally refer to as our 'Challenge Alan' queries.

Great accouting package
Sage 50 is a very comprehensive program with a good audit trail. The helpdesk are approachable, UK based, available by phone and extremely knowledgeable. The program is updated in response to feedback. Reports are easy to generate and wide ranging. The only thing I would like added is commas between the thousands in the figures!

Sage is the best
Sage is the best I have had experience with other accounting systems but Sage is by far the best. Easy to use and understand, along with the help and online support it's hard to find a better accounts package for any company size.

We’ve been with Brightpearl now for 10…
We’ve been with Brightpearl now for 10 years. We’ve grown a lot in that time thanks in part to Brightpearl and partners. We couldn’t have done it without a powerful system behind us. The team are always on hand to help, whether that’s account support or help using the system. We couldn’t recommend Brightpearl enough! I don’t think there is anything else out there that does as much as Brightpearl does.

I've been a BP with Sage for the past 12 years now. Very happy with the support when needed and we always manage to keep customers happy too. The product is 100% trusted here in Malta and has a very good reputation with accountants.
