I spoke with David Stubbings regarding…

I spoke with David Stubbings regarding an issue were were having. David was very knowledgeable and talked me through the whole process of trying to identify and rectify the issue. Once the issue was identified the matter was escalated and I was informed of what would happen next. David promised a call back once he had any progress, which he did and the matter was resolved. If we could have David on speed dial for any further issues I would really appreciate it.

We started asking Sage to help out with…Sage Cloud Payroll

We started asking Sage to help out with a problem on 6th April our new PAYE year, it took sage support until 16th May, to sort it, and I do believe if Bobby Butt had not answer my call and listened to my concerns I'd still be waiting. Sage, you let me down...... All my credit in this review goes to "Bobby Butt" he is as asset to Sage and this needs to be acknowledge! Don't bother asking us to pay for sage support, unless you can guarantee, Bobby Butt will answer!!

Excellent Custome Support

We had some trouble getting Sage200 up and running, but we received excellent customer support from Alex Fagan. He went out of his way to help us resolve the issue, and his response time was always very quick. He is knowledgeable and friendly, and we greatly appreciate his support. While we hope to avoid errors in the future, it is comforting to know that someone will be there to help us out should we need it :)

A user's properties un-accessible Sage Online

Unable to open properties on a user in Sage Administration in Sage Online. Andrew Deeming diagnosed the method of resolution, immediately. Alex Fagan followed the case through to completion.

Damian Mclay is really friendly and helpful. He understood my issue immediately and was able to fix the problem for me by using his admin screen. He reassured me that the payroll reports will now be accurate.

Always Helpful

Been using Sage for years, their software and support are both great. Needed a bit of assistance with Sage HR and Zoe W was very helpful in figuring out what the issue was and really friendly. Great customer service that gives you the confidence to ask for help and get the most out of your products.
