Payroll migration

I have just moved from sage payroll to using the service through the cloud. The support from Sage was outstanding, Steve Udberg patiently talked me through each step and showed me how to operate the main features of the program. I always find the support from sage outstanding!! Thank you

Bad to excellent

My initial call to Sage today would have scored very low, the male member of staff appeared to not know much or maybe just not very helpful or maybe both! What they told me was incorrect at the end of the conversation, I then spoke to an IT company who confirmed this. I then recalled Sage and got Abby Picken, thankfully she was very helpful, friendly, thorough and resolved the issue after spending a long time with me and she then called back to complete the remote data part, showed great ...

Access Denied

I rang Sage with regards to recording an invoice to a Purchase Order which I was could not complete as a warning came on the screen access denied, I spoke to Vince Simpson and he talked me through what I needed to do straight away and was really helpful.
