Wonderful support for a newbie to Payroll

I have to say, Sage (ie Paul Parsons and a colleague who helped in his absence) surpassed themselves in terms of support, patience and customer service. It is so refreshing to find a ‘can do’ attitude. That is the way I work and it is so disconcerting and so tiresome when companies don't. On the good side, when others around you can be so awful it makes what you do stand out even further - yay 🤸‍♀️.

Great Service

I've spoken with both Steven Udberg & Joseph Drady-Fitzpatrick this week as they helped me get to grips with our new software after a migration over from Sage 50 Professional to the cloud based Sage. Both were very friendly, helpful and informative on both my own queries and helped with suggestions of their own to optimise my use of the programme.
