Help getting started
James Robinson helped me deal with a couple of issues getting set-up for the first time with Sage Accounting. Specifically, he helped me resolve an issue with Bank connectivity and also answered some questions on setting-up customised invoices. He was professional, courteous and efficient.

Cameron listened and was able to streamline the accounts to my needs. he encouraged me and helped me understand and supported me to proceed with an assurance of help. he was kind and not intimidating and accepted that this is not my discipline.
