I received a call from James earlier this morning. I have to say that he was very helpful and pleasant and answered any queries that I had. Very approachable person. The system is very user friendly and it certainly reduces a lot of manual work for me.

First Class Customer Service

I recently contacted Sage Customer Services and spoke to Neil Wheatley with reference to changing our current Sage subscription. Neil listened to everything I needed, gave me a couple of options and answered all of the questions that I had. Neil then emailed me confirmation of our conversation as requested. Neil was an extremely helpful and friendly member of the Sage team and I will be contacting him when I am ready to upgrade my subscription.

This guy is amazing!! Please everyone from Sage help take lessons from Justin. I have been on the phone all morning talking to people who did not know what they were doing. This took alot out of my day and is not acceptable. Justin is a genuis, seriously!!!!

Telephoned Sage as I needed help with…layouts of stationery.

Telephoned Sage as I needed help with the layouts of my invoices/credit notes and statements. Dale was extremely polite, went over exactly what I was looking for, nothing was a bother and he sorted the various layouts for me and this allowed me to come off the telephone call and start getting on with my work. He was very kind, realised I do not hold a degree in IT so spoke to me in language I understood and sorted out my problem. As a member of the Sage team he is real credit to you.

I had a missing Vat Return on my Sage…

I had a missing Vat Return on my Sage and various people helped me. Abby Picken was extremely professional and patient with me as the issue was very complex. I cannot thank her enough for everything she did to sort out this problem. Wonderful service from all that I spoke to yesterday but especially Abby.

I have spoke to Cameron today and have also spoke with Jordan Douglas recently. Cannot fault the service. Straight through on the phone and issues sorted quickly Using sage for the first time and had a couple of teething issues but your team where a great help in getting them resolved. Why was I worried?

Whilst trialling Sage Accounting I inadvertently set myself as Business Owner. Your support team kindly led me through process required to correct this and it was successfully achieved earlier today. May I thank Andrew Shone for his exemplary work. His instructions were concise and easy to follow and he did the hard work. He made what I thought was a complex solution seem simple.
