Excellent Service
Changed to Sage Business Cloud Accounting & was shown the various differences today by Carl Lattimer. Carl was very easy to talk with & answered all the questions I had with ease. He never rushed me through the different ways of working on the new system. This is a much better service than the old Sage 50 & the support is second to none.

Explained to Dale our requirements
Explained to Dale our requirements - which he repeated to ensure he understood what we required. After going away to check our options he called me back the next day and explained although sage couldn't help directly - an option for us to try. Really helpful and lovely telephone manner.

Sage plays a huge role in my working…
Sage plays a huge role in my working life since i started in accountancy in 1995 to day. I have witnessed the DOS system for Acocutns and Payroll through 28 versions of Sage 50 and now Sage Business Cloud. There have been highs and a few lows but I have always managed to resolve issues witht he help of the Tech team when needed. i continue to use, love and support sage products and since 2009 have also developed addin software for Sage 50, The Analyser for Excel reporting from Sage 50 ...
