I required the support of Sage 50 Accounts

I required the support of Sage technical support and was fortunate that Abby Picken was that support, the software had crashed and i was unable to gain access - information was lost and Abby rectified the issues with patience and expertise on several issues. I was back up and running in no time. Excellent service. Thanks Abby.

Changes to our Payroll

We've been making some important changes to our payroll processing which meant implementing new processes which we knew Sage could so do but didn't know how, Until i spoke to Tommy Harrison who is truly a credit to Sage. He was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, professional and took his time explaining and showing me links to watch tutorials. last week was when we rolled out the new process and we have hit the ground running. Tommy has halved our payroll time and i can't thank him enough. ...

Screen View

Had query about how items were displayed on the screen. Tried live chat, but couldn't find what had been suggested. Said to leave it, but agent offered to call me and go through a log me in session. This made it very easy and queries resolved. Agent also offered the opportunity for 1-1 session to help navigate the system, which has been gratefully accepted.

Sage introduction

James Inness gave us a thorough and very informative explanation of the Sage programme. He was very attentive to our questions and answered all queries. He was very helpful and offered further support through email if necessary. He also said he will give us a follow up call to see how we are progressing.
