Michael Thorne was an amazing help today. I had been struggling for quite some time. He helped me with all of my queries and managed to show me where to look if I had the same issues again If we were able to have designated support staff I would 100% be requesting Michael He should be rewarded for his excellent customer service

sage Business Cloud Payroll migration

Scheduled telephone call arrived on cue and no bother in asking for the call to be redirected to another phone. Migration process covered in detail, first months payroll run undertaken and what was and is important is that Steve made it perfectly clear I should get back to him with any issues that may arise.

Great Service as always from Sage, fast efficient and helpful, Remote support is easy to use and helps solve issues and any problems quickly and all done in friendly manner. I would not be without Sage Support.

Sage - lost data retrieved

Sadly my computer crashed in such away that I was unable to use it and needed technical support for it to be restored. Luckily our IT guy was able to retrieve some of my data but I had no back up of the work I had done on sage (desktop version not cloud), so in my opinion almost impossible to retrieve sage data. With lots of phone calls and emails to an extremely clever chap by the name of Will Rayne, over a few days, he successfully managed to assist me in getting my Sage re-installed and ...

Catch-up call with…

During a recent catch-up call with Adele Eagleton from Sage HR, we discussed an issue when employees forget passwords that the 'forgotten password' function is not working. She contacted me via Teams the next day to run through a demo of how to reset password until the fix with Sage HR is rolled out. Adele is always knowledgeable and if she can't resolve she will contact me with the solution. Always a pleasure to speak to her :)

Excellent Customer Service

It has been a long time since I have experienced this level of great customer service. The report design service went above and beyond in not only resolving my initial enquiry but took the time to take me through some of the aspects of the Sage website and booking process for future report design.
