sage online payroll support

I recently enrolled on sage's online payroll system and was having some difficulties completing all the set up tasks. I requested a call back which Mark Lowden arranged immediately, he was a great help and help me complete all that was needed. he then arranged another call back for the day i was due to run my payroll and again was a great help walking me through the process. thanks very much Mark and sage for the great support.

Love sage

Love sage. HST module comparative to GL is usually perfect (odd time out dollar or two but easily found). Can be used with ease. Sage RDA is very responsive and stable.

Running Sage Payroll for the first time

On first logging in to Payroll in the cloud it was a bit daunting, however after a discussion with support it was really easy. Mark took the time to go through the set up and spoke in terms that didn't lose me. He double checked when our next pay day was, and arranged to call me to go through the process. On the promised day he called, and on time. The whole process went through easily with one small hitch, but this was easily rectified following a conversation with the pension company.

First contact with Sage Support

Cameron was very patient with me as I am new to this particular Sage program. He was most helpful in not overloading me with too much information in one go. Appt has been arranged for another call next week and he has emailed me helpful links and showed me where and how to get help when needed. I am very happy with the service provided by Sage
