Migration Support
The support we have had so far in relation to the migration over to Sage Accounting Business Cloud has been fantastic. From demos, 1-2-1 calls the same day I raised my query, training links and post-migration meetings to the lovely representatives I've spoken to who were really helpful, knowledgeable and patient! Never once have I felt I was asking daft questions or wasting their time. So many ways to reach out to them for help and every time I have had my queries answered. Thank you!

Helpful and friendly
Cameron was very friendly and helpful today. He showed me how to allocate my bank transactions and how to do bulk allocations. It is good to know I can contact him in the future with any queries I may have. He answered all my questions. Thanks Cameron

Carl Lattimer - First Class Feedback
I have had several migration sessions (from Sage 50 to Sage Business Cloud) with Carl Lattimer. The service he has provided has been first class. His delivery is professional and personable at the same time. He is knowledgeable, informative, engaging, supportive and he has tailored each session to my needs. Carl is an absolute asset to the Sage team and if I was his Manager, I would reward him for his contribution to the company.

I contacted sage yesterday
I contacted sage yesterday, the phone was answered immediately. My system froze and I ended up with 2 errors which I could not fix myself. I spoke to Jeff Pots who was extremely patient, friendly and helpful. He got the issue resolved.
