Migration Support

The support we have had so far in relation to the migration over to Sage Accounting Business Cloud has been fantastic. From demos, 1-2-1 calls the same day I raised my query, training links and post-migration meetings to the lovely representatives I've spoken to who were really helpful, knowledgeable and patient! Never once have I felt I was asking daft questions or wasting their time. So many ways to reach out to them for help and every time I have had my queries answered. Thank you!

I contacted sage yesterday

I contacted sage yesterday, the phone was answered immediately. My system froze and I ended up with 2 errors which I could not fix myself. I spoke to Jeff Pots who was extremely patient, friendly and helpful. He got the issue resolved.
