Excellent Experience! Easy-to-Use and Highly Effective
My experience with Sage Inventory Planner has been excellent. The intuitive reporting and advanced filters have significantly streamlined our sales and analytical review processes, making everything much quicker and more efficient. Gordon helped hugely in assigning the correct sales order template and purchase order template to a new company. Helped change the layouts and spent the time required until it was tested and working correctly.

Excellent support
I have used SAGE products for a number of years, including SAGE 50 Accounts, Cloud Accounting, payroll and SAGE Accounts Production Advanced. I have found each package to be reliable and updated quickly. As well as using the SAGE packages as an end user I also look after our companies IT solutions and find the support teams are excellent, whether it is advice on using the packages or IT related issues.

Unnecessary Stress
Yesterday was an extremely trying day having thought we had lost data from several companies. However, Johnathan Butler saved the day being patient and calm about the situation (which incidentally was created through two other Sage representatives!) He accessed my computer remotely and went through the whole saga, agreeing to call me back today with a view to resolving our issues. Commendable Accounting system
An easy to use; user friendly system with highly commendable background support as and when need. The educational support on how to use and when to use is commendable taken that it is a global system and regulations are different
