Bank Feeds
Our customer had a problem with Bank Feeds and without going into detail, Sage investigated the problem and provided a solution. The technician kept us updated at all times with the investigation and provided a solution.

Great Guidance & Helpful Advice
I have just started to use Sage Accounting and received some really great advice and tips from Kaesar Ashfaq. I previously used Sage 50 so this program was a little different to what I am used to, but Kaesar guided me through everything and showed me ways to make the banking very easy to set and up and use. He was really friendly and very patient so thank you, and I won't hesitate to use the chat or email in the future if I have queries.

Queries brilliantly handled!
I contacted Sage twice this afternoon on the chat feature, with two different issues. On both occasions I spoke to the same person, Damien Mclay. He was extremely efficient and knowledgeable! He sorted out and explained both queries brilliantly, obviously very, very good at his job. He is a credit to Sage and I know if I have queries again in the future, that they will be sorted out as efficiently. 5 stars!!

Payroll Migration
A call was booked to migrate our Payroll data to the Cloud version. I had a call from Steven Udberg who did this for us. Steven made it a very easy process for us, checking all was correct, easy to understand.

Needed to moved over to MTD Sage…
Needed to moved over to MTD Sage urgently and found the system relatively simple to use and the help received by Cameron made it simple to use.
