Only wish I had moved earlier!
Having used another payroll provider for several years through convenience of knowing the system (certainly not the customer service which was non existant) I only wish I had taken on Sage Payroll at the same time we started using the Accounting system. Although there were a few teething problems in start up due to having to manually integrate (again an issue with previous payroll provider) which were frustrating, I can honestly say the frustrations were worth it. Help with Sage standard
I logged a call with sage support for a customer late yesterday and was called this morning with a solution and given a time it could be applied. I was contacted at that given time and the solution was applied promptly with minimal disruption to the customer and myself. Kirk tested after it was applied ensuring it was successful and forwarded the necessary report. Thankyou for excellent support as always.
