Good support all round
louise mccarthy helped me today and resolved an error, refunding the accidental duplicate payment and was incredibly helpful. They were pleasant with conversation and reminded me of the support on offer which we will likely take up in the new year. Thanks :)

Sage Introduction
I spoke to Charlie Dixon today and she was so patient, friendly and helpful. I have never used Sage before and felt rather daunted. However, she talked me through the basics and I now feel I can have a play around and hopefully start using it soon.

We had our Sage Business Cloud…
We had our Sage Business Cloud Accounting onboarding with Rebecca Fairley today and it was very useful and informative. Rebecca was very knowledgeable, answered all our queries and was a pleasure to deal with. The software seems very user friendly and we look forward to it streamlining our Accounting and invoicing function thereby increasing our efficiency.
